When you write, tell me:

1. Which app and which version (you will find it in Settings, inside the app itself).
2. Which iPhone or iPad model and which version of iOS.
3. What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
4. A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

Once each app is published it will also have its own support page with the questions that come up most often.
